Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports. To distribute accurate reports as per required schedule and within SLA’s. Generate, collate and distribute adhoc reports when required.
1. Produce reports within agreed deadlines 2. Ensure that reports are in a secure format to prevent data tampering (password protected). 3.Verify reports with report owners to ensure data accuracy. 4.Perform daily, weekly and month end service report checks and that calendars used are updated and reliable 5.Control and confirm deliveries and recipients of reports to ABSA. 6. Compilation of CE’s report on active number of accounts.
Customer / Stakeholder Relationship Management
Investigate and collate Departments’ requirements, set up and implement best scheduling configurations and productivity options 2.Generate work schedules for Financial Services Call Centre staff 3. Maintain and assign employees to correct managers in line with staff movements and or new employees, to facilitate scheduling of employees into correct teams 4. Amend/change schedules as per management request in line with the scheduling guidelines and system rules. 5. Communicate schedules to managers for evaluation, adjustment and authorisation prior to distribution to online staff.

Request training and feedback on performance and strive to improve based on these interventions 2. Adhere to the Group’s values and leadership principles and understand and participate in Employer of Choice strategies and initiatives 3. Take personal responsibility for all issues facing the department, work as a team and mentor /coach new employees as required 4. Communicate with your line manager regularly and make recommendations on improving efficiencies in the department
