Purpose of the Job
To provide administrative, marketing, reporting and support to the team on forecasting, supply monitoring, customer queries and communication to customers, customer account management co-ordination, pricing management and general business support duties for the Reseller team to contribute to the profitability of the business

What you’ll have done before
At least 5 years related experience with 3 of these linked to SAP
Business Administration diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional, Credit Management Computer (MS Office, etc.) skills
Deep knowledge of Sales and Marketing; Credit Management
Experience working with Tender documents; Proposals; Credit Management; Finance
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Adaptable and agile based on constant change within a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to adapt to change quickly
Advanced Administrative skill or desire to acquire same
Understanding of on road solutions for Logistics companies (EDC/eFuel)
Understanding of fuel industry

Ability to collaborate and to work effectively cross-functionally, including senior management, project team and other departments within the organization
Highly Pressurized environment

What you’ll be doing
Proactively Provide general administrative and marketing support service to the sales team to enhance our operational efficiencies by way of:
Building relationships with customers and providing customer service
Implementing credit management initiatives
Maintaining and managing Customer master data
Generate relevant monthly reports
