This is a Location Flexible role within AMESA. The incumbent selected for the role will continue to be based out of their current location.

This role will cascade and implement the Sector wide Net Revenue Management strategy and agenda to raise the bar on NRM people capability, and to build organizational competence for future priority areas that underpin sustainable Net Revenue Realization (NRR) delivery.



Key accountabilities for the role include:


Implement the future capability programs needed to support PEP goals, and garners resources to build/develop the right content for delivery.
Cascade actions from the quarterly Global NRM Council program to drive Sector and BU ‘Learn Together’ programs and to collectively drive the current and future capability agenda
Embeds and leads an annual NRM Capability Definition and Assessment process across BU’s that define capability priorities in order to drive PEP goal of building a World class NRM Organization. This includes driving consistency of NRM concepts, terminology and methodologies.
Drive execution of the sector capability calendar for the various BU & Bottlers to align capability programming with PEP NRM strategic priorities. Continues to drive NRM capability and mindset into Finance and Sales/Commercial teams.
In partnership with Insights & Analytics, implements a structured NRM Insights capability program to further embed consumer and shopper insights into NRM strategy and execution
In partnership with Commercial teams implements an NRM Learning agenda for Marketers to drive NRM concepts into brand positioning, price tier strategy and governance and increase brand ‘Worth Paying More For’ impact to facilitate future price realization
In partnership with Franchise, develops and implements a coherent Bottler NRM capability program that is standardized and deployed globally and that underpins PEP Franchise strategic goals
Develops and delivers the annual Net Revenue Management Conference program to align the organization around PEP NRM strategy and capability priorities, and drive enterprise-wide understanding and immersion of key NRM principles, concepts and activities.
Build an active external network of Revenue Management capability influencers across peer companies / non-competes; current or future suppliers (systems, insights, data), thought leaders (e.g. strategy consultants) and facilitators (industry groups, pricing societies etc).

Qualifications/Requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required:
8+ years experience across Sales, Commercial and Finance, Beverage experience is an advantage
5+ years experience in NRM
Proven & confident influencer at all levels in the business
Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms & build compelling presentations & professional communications (in English language)
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and functions given frequent interactions with the Leadership team across all BU & Bottlers
Self starter – able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment. Needs to be an excellent networker with quick ability to know Sectors, BU’s and Functional stakeholders to deploy effective capability building
Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Change management – leading large scale change throughout levels of an organization
Project Management – ability to scope and plan for key deliverables and execute in different phases of projects
