KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Quality in Design:
1.1 Support in tracking of KPIs
1.2 Communication of Results
1.3 Support in preparing training material
1.4 Support in checking compliance of Projects to QID requirements.
1.5 Responsible for organising store-check for innovations.
1.6 Responsible for organising internal sensory & micro evaluations for store-check or innovations.
1.7 Responsible for gather results for QMP and trending and preparation of reports for Project Team.
2. Supplier, QID, Store-Check & 3PM KPI Tracking:
2.1 Responsible for designing KPI Tracker and consolidated reporting for Supplier Performance.
2.2 Responsible for populating the KPI Dashboard.
2.3 Responsible for creation and updating of Quality Score-card.
2.4 Responsible for reviewing Danone Quality Charter from 3PMs
2.5 Tracking of ABCs for 3PMs.
2.6 Responsible for tracking of performance of Supply Chain
2.7 Responsible for tracking action plan performance for Suppliers (Audit Action Plan)
3. Upstream (Raw Milk)
3.1. Milk Portal result finalisation (Twice a week & Month-End)
3.2. Month-End Reporting on Raw Milk
4. Sensory Evaluation: Finished Goods
4.1. Set-up of samples from Third Parties (Sensory Evaluation)
4.2. Send samples to Danone Lab for Control Plan testing and Chemical-Physical Testing
4.3. Collation of Results
4.4 Creation of Monthly Report
BTECH: Food Technology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Quality Assurance
BSC: Food Science, Microbiology
