You will support the restaurant management team and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality and guest care and service. You will work to brand standards, within a team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

You will be responsible for food preparation. You are expected to prepare the product as per FANDANGOS guidelines and food safety standards, ensuring all orders are prepared in a correct and timely manner. You will directly report to the Store Manager and cooperate in maintaining the restaurant’s ideal food cost by ensuring proper product preparation and minimising waste.
Set-up and close the kitchen properly following the Restaurant Daily Checklist,
Prepare and cut vegetables based on operation needs,
Follow Cleaning and Sanitation Plan and schedule to maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grillers, fryers, bread toasters, freezer, and chiller,
Grilling meat, cutting bread, preparing food items for cooking in bread toasters, grillers, and fryer,
Prepare German Doner Kebab Sandwiches according to standard portion, preparation, and presentation,
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of back-up preparation at all kitchen stations,
Assist in food preparation assignment during off-peak period as needed,
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager-on-duty.
Full time applicants only. Must be available to work on the weekends.
Low level of the English language is accepted for this position.
Hourly rates are based on the national minimum wage
