Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to promote hygiene within the work environment Key performance areas
Perform office cleaning functions by keeping offices clean at all times, which includes keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy at all times so that health and safety standards are adhered to cleaning dirty cups, glasses, jugs, plates etc from all the offices and meeting rooms so that these are tidy at all times cleaning offices, workstations, equipment including laptops and computers meeting rooms and boardrooms Vacuum floors and carpets, empty all office bins and replace bins lining.
Perform office maintenance functions by ensuring that furniture and appliances are in good working conditions.
Also includes

Reporting missing or damaged appliances, facilities, equipment and furniture watering plants as and when required Serve fresh water and teacoffee to allocated.
