Full Job Description
A strong candidate for a Receptionist and Administration in a busy reception area is required to answer incoming calls; greet visitors and direct clients and visitors to appropriate individuals and perform administrative duties.
Must be bilingual – English & Afrikaans is a must. Any additional African language will be an advantage.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer incoming calls in cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
· General Reception admin.
· Data capturing & Card Printing with attention to detail.
· Perform other responsibilities as directed by PIRB Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Basic knowledge of telephone equipment is preferred.
· Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
· Basic Microsoft knowledge
