To ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Housekeeping standards. • To implement and maintain the HR systems, procedures, and policies.

Job Objectives
1. To maintain and up-date SAP Real Estate system database 2. Billing of tenant Recoveries 3. Management of Internal and external audit queries 4. Management of Recoveries 5. Lease Agreement Administration 6. Create and post journals 7. Handle queries related to recoveries 8. Prepare schedule related to interdivisional entriesQualifications
Essential: • Grade 12 (with accounting desirable)Experience
Essential: • Three years’ work experience in a property administration role.Knowledge and Skills
