We provide investors with access to a range of boutique managers while aiming to make an impact on the social and environmental issues facing the country. What will you do?
Responsible for contacting clients according to specified campaigns and scripts to provide customers with essential and sometimes complicated information regarding products and services. Persuades customers to take up products and services offered by the company and provides quality service to external and internal customers by ensuring accuracy in recording of data. Generates leads electronically and manually to achieve set sales targets. What will make you successful in this role?
Responsible for contacting members according to specified campaigns and scripts to provide members with essential and sometimes complicated information regarding products and services
Persuades members to take up products and services offered by the company and provides quality service to external and internal customers by ensuring accuracy in the recording of data
Timeous follow up on rescheduled leads
Develop and maintain knowledge of all Sanlam related products
Persuading and encouraging existing Sanlam members to experience the new Online benefits
Enhance the member’s digital experience (web & app inclusive)
Adjust the OB script to better target the needs and interests of specific members
Acknowledge and resolve member related complaints/queries
Gain an understanding of each members circumstance in order to render high-level service and relevant information on an ongoing basis Qualification and Experience Grade 12 with 3 to 4 years related experience.
