Purpose of the JobTo assist the Surgical Sales Buyer with admin related functions Key Performance Areas Include 1. Customer service 2. Customer queries 3. Quotations 4. Orders 5. Generating sales 6. Weekly follow ups

Job Objectives
• Provide customer service to walk in customers and generate sales • Ongoing training and support with any product information • Resolve queries from doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, surgical and other clients relating to surgical and ethical stock • Process quotations telephonically and electronically • Daily liaison with surgical department on back orders, stock orders and any other orders related function • Implement a strategic follow up admin system to ensure correct and updated data • Interact with other departments to generate sales • Ensure that potential sales are secured • Assist with weekly follow up on promotional and excess stock • Assist with proper and professional feedback on un-identified products • Perform any other related functions as required from time to timeQualifications
Essential • Grade 12 qualification • Bachelor of Nursing ScienceExperience
Previous experience in a similar role and or industry
Knowledge and Skills
